poor soundproofingsoft mattress
i found the lack of soundproofing unacceptable. i could clearly hear other guests in the hallway and garbage trucks at 4 a.m. the spring mattress was also far too soft. it sagged significantly in the middle, and this resulted in an uncomfortable sleep.

Mixed feelings about the stay

horrendous noisefaulty shower
The noise level at NIGHT was quite bothersome. I could hear music playing loudly from a nearby hotel. The window in my room didn't close properly either, this added to the noise issue. The shower was also a problem. It was VERY difficult to adjust the water temperature. It took a long time to get it right and the water pressure wasn't great.
